Father and SonNathaniel Letcher forgets what first inspired him to homebrew but he'll never forget his first batch of beer. It was Thanksgiving Day and his family awaited him just a few houses down the road. As dinner time approached he found that learning on the fly just wasn't, well, going to fly. It seemed there were some very good reasons for owning a wort chiller after all. Fortunately it had snowed that night and having all but given up hope Nathan left the steaming kettle sitting outside in a bank of snow while he joined everyone else for turkey and stuffing and all the fixings. He got very drunk that night, or so one might assume. Anyway, his father Drew was there to pay witness to that sorry first attempt and there again after the beer was bottled and ready to drink. And some time after that Drew brought his own inspiration for a Belgian Wit, along with a package of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, and a very dangerous father/son endeavor was born. Many moons later and we present this website for you to enjoy. There are countless paths to good beer but we know only ours, which we'd like to now share with you. May it help you on your way. Prost!
